HR Standard Letters

Customer Introduction:

This feature was developed for Momenta's own use way back in 2010.

Challenge

There are many letters to be issued to employees such as Offer Letter, Confirmation Letter, Warning Letter, Experience Letter, Relieving Letter, Increment Letter etc. The template of the letter is constant yet it had to be prepared manually each time. Also, the generated letter was out of the system hence, it had to be scanned and uploaded in the employee master for future reference.

The Solution:

We developed the "HR Letters" feature to address this issue. You can create and save various typical letter templates with certain fields such as name of the employee, joining date etc. as auto pick up fields. HR executives can simply select the letter template and name of the person to quickly generate the letter. The letter gets a unique Letter number and gets automatically stored in the employee master.

The Result / Benefits:

This has speeded up the process and also made it grammatically full proof. The letters also get stored for sure and are thus not missed. Any letter can be reprinted/emailed as required.
