Attendance Capturing with Geolocation

This company is mechanical product manufacturing company with their Sales & Service team members working away from office.

 Challenge

OurSys had the provision to capture attendance using mobile devices. This is handy for people who work away from office. But the challenge was that the company was not sure where the person was at the time of login.

 The Solution

We added the feature to capture geo-location coordinates to attendance capturing. We are then able to display the exact location of the person at the time of punching attendance.

 The Result / Benefits

This has given flexibility to allow employees to login from wherever they work in real time. Also, you do not need any software other than OurSys for the purpose.
