This customer supplies pneumatics Presses and pumps.
Problem / Goal:
Sometimes there is a difference in what we quote and what order we receive from customers. These differences could be in rates, quantities, delivery terms etc. It is required to send a Letter of Deviation for clearance.
The Solution:
We provided a facility in the Sales Order transaction under the short-cut link to add Deviations and print the letter from the system itself.
The Result / Benefits:
It is now easy to make deviation letters and maintain the record in the system itself
